  1. Need Help?

When you send a new customer to DogGoneVideo, that customer is yours for life.
Each and every time they come back and buy, you continue to receive your 20% commissions on the net purchase price, made every time by the referred customer. In the case of special affiliate promotions where commissions are raised for a specific period of time, the promotional commissions will continue to be paid for life on the new customers referred during the promotional time frame.

If you promote DogGoneMedia to your webmaster traffic and they sign up as an affiliate to promote DogGoneVideo, you'll earn 5% commission on the net purchase price, made every time your referred webmasters make a sale.

Commissions will be mailed out on the 15th of the month for the previous months activity. If the 15th falls on a weekend or Holiday, payment is sent on the next business day. As of March 1st, 2010 the previous $25 minimum payout threshold has been raised to $50. All payments are made in US Dollars, drawn on US Banks and sent USPS First Class Mail. Payments are only made when the combined amount due is $50 USD or more. The $50 minimum threshold is for USA and Canadian affiliates. If you are a foreign affiliate, the minimum payout threshold is $200, before payout is distributed. If any affiliate would like to have a higher threshold before payout is made, this can be arranged by contacting Accounting at Davidp@badpuppy.com.

By default, all commissions are paid by check. We do however offer payouts via ACH transfer or bank wire upon request. If you'd like to be paid by ACH transfer or bank wire, you need to contact Accounting at Davidp@badpuppy.com with your information.
